What do I do?
I work with those adolescents and adults who are not sure of what they should do. Insecure. Always second guessing their quality of work, or wondering if others are talking about them. With those who those who see other confident people laughing and enjoying life and wonder why they can’t. Simply put, I work with motivated individuals who have had enough of feeling inadequate and unhappy and are ready to transform their lives for the better and those who feel great but want to achieve more. I help motivate, inspire, and empower others to increase their level of confidence and self-esteem and overcoming the self-imposed limitations that are holding them back and truly reaching happiness and success in life.
I do this by self-empowerment. I truly understand that self-empowerment is the key to happiness and success in life and I want to give you your key. I will empower you with true confidence and positive self-esteem. The type of confidence and self-esteem that will stay with you for a life time. I help you get done what needs to get done, and accomplish what needs to be accomplished, and hold you accountable to it.
I focus on several areas including- self-image and confidence, overcoming limitations, forgiveness, goal setting, overcoming fears, creating unstoppable motivation, and achieving happiness and success in life.
I will help you become aware of their sabotaging negative self-talk, that everyone unknowingly has, and how it affects your life and teach you the very powerful 3 R technique, to rid yourself of the negative self-talk and instill quality positive self-talk patterns.
I help you institute a specific plan of action with focus, and hold you accountable to the actions you want to take, so you can achieve the happiness and success that you have dreamed of.
My clients will confidently say, “YES!” What I offer is a holistic approach backed by behavioral science to improve performance and master habits to help you experience personal fulfillment. There’s an abundance of self-help these days and for many this can become quite challenging. By working together, we’ll be able to customize what’s right for you, offering the most effective way to enhance your well-being.
Our sessions are unique in that they’re not structured based on conventional testing, questionnaires or psychological profiling; rather, the primary focus is inner transformation, some of which you’ll be able to experience almost immediately.
To be motivated and ready to work. Anything worth having is worth working for, and remember, “faith without works is dead.” Most people will say they want more happiness or a better relationship or better health, but wanting “better” isn’t enough, you have to work towards what you want. If you want a change then you have to be willing to make a change.
You need to have the desire to continually move forward in the right direction and be committed and accountable to me through the process. Together we can focus on your goals and achieving those goals you set out to accomplish.
Your real growth will come from the work you do in the time between our calls. If you fully apply yourself during and after the sessions then happiness and success in life coaching is going to be successful for you.
Each session is tailored to the client and will vary based on individual needs. In the beginning, we will discuss what areas you feel you are “stuck” in, or whatever area you feel could be improved. We will evaluate the 6 human needs and together we will use powerful proven techniques to reach your desired goals. We will formulate an action plan to achieve your desired goals and implement proven methods to stay focused and motivated to do so.
With simple, yet powerful techniques and exercises we can achieve the happiness and success you deserve!
Periodically, I will give you assignments to help direct your progress. We will work together to explore alternate perspectives and celebrate successes.
